We're not sending out mass messages and making announcements about it yet because the new limits aren't even set in stone yet. Everything hasn't been worked out yet.
Plus, we don't have to agree with every suggestion that Luna ever makes. We don't have to send out an mass e-mail if we don't want to. If we like the idea we could, but we have no obligation just because she suggests it. This is just a general observation Luna, but just because you make a suggestion does not mean the staff has to follow it.
