I agree... I had an LDS fall through my hands too..
There's nearly nothing you can do to keep it from escaping through your fingers unless the chance of seeing one another is set, so you can hold out for a few weeks or months.
It's one of the most painful things I've ever gone through. You want to love that person wholly but you can't help it because of the distance~ 8 months after the breakup, I'm finally healed..

For ayu especially, it's going to take a lot of time and support I think. She deserves the BEST. She's had a lot of hard times in her life.
