Best quote. Most of us never saw this working, but then most of that most hoped we'd be proved wrong and this would work.
It seems from her messages she's known for a while it won't work out which makes a lot of what we saw of her the latter part of 2011 sad.
The most insulting messages here are the whole 'long distance relationships don't work' things. A lot actually do. This has been a factor in Ayu's breakup in the way that infidelity, different personalities, basic crud etc have broken up other relationships.
My own first paragraph states none of us where surprised. This was due to the speed, not the distance. In a celeb romance seperation is a huge factor. It seems from her posts Ayu is using it as a reason whilst also (quite subtly and cleverly in spite of her advanced basic English) hinting they've got different life interests.
It's not a meet, marry, divorce kind of marriage to me. They loved each other, but it seems from Ayu's posts their other passions have taken centre stage.
