I think it's normal. It seems that Ayu take this decision alone. & I think Mannie doesn't want to lose her. When he received her divorce file I can imagine how he looks. Maybe he won't accept her request immediately & he'll try to talk with her before. I can say that Ayu is a bit selfish to take this decision without talking with him before.
