I can't really listen to anything in Japanese if I'm pissed. Actually, I prefer no lyrics at all when I'm in that kind of mood. Just give me a really kickass guitar or drum solo and I'll usually end up wearing myself out to the point where I couldn't muster the energy to be pissed off. It's five times more awesome if I have a couple people over, since we'll just move the furniture out of the living room and start a mini-mosh
