I just realized CD+DVD also has 特典: *First Press Sold Out.* on yesasia, CD version has Clear file sold out, so CD+DVD also has some first press bonus, but not necessarily the clearfile and not necessarily the special package? I ordered four days ago, does it mean I'll get first press? Don't remember seeing that 'sold out before, but I wasn't paying attention :p
