Maybe the album hasn't been completed yet, more songs could be added at the last minute and therefore the album couldn't be release on time to be promoted during this year's concert tour. Or ayu could be planning to intend this album in the midst of the tour and maybe she will have an upgraded version of the tour to promote the new album in October.
