usually KARA's songs grow on me after being underwhelmed at first listen, but I can't see Speed Up ever growing on me. i can't get used to that amount of autotune. there's so much it reminds me of the autotuned-to-death debut song by Girl's day.
but also if you try to ignore the autotune you're still left with a bland song that isn't catchy at all. if this is how they're going to do their sexy songs from now on i definitely prefer cute KARA. girl's power sounds a lot better and more fun, even if their voices are like the highest pitched ever lol. so i'm looking forward to that more, and hope they'll promote it more than Speed Up.
