Even Kana Nishino's sales are dropping a lot again. Her latest album sold only a bit more total(340k) than her one before did in one week(290k, total 700k) and her single sales seem to be dropping, too.
The only female pop singers with consistently high sales that aren't having extreme drops are YUI and Namie(hard to say for her since she doesn't have the usual release pattern and her latest album was like a mix between compilation and new album lol) I think. And even YUI's latest album had a 20-30% sales drop.
Just...really bad for female solo artists right now
