I don't think it's a music's matter, but lacking of
good promotion imo.
Her tie-ins are quite weak (but Tales of Xilia), she didn't a relevant CM in ages neither. She can make the best song ever, but if people barely knows she's still active..
I don't know how she could sell more than this.
