Unless you bought the lacoste wallet a long time ago, I would assume it's also "made in Asia", allthough the brand manufactures in other places as well (south america and perhaps also eastern europe). The tour wallet is also mostly in leather (except hardware, lining and zipper of course). it looks to be pony hair on the outside , but it's really impossible to tell from the pictures. wallets are pretty labour intensive realtive to their size though, that's why they're often as pricy as bags in the same category
To be honest I 'm surprised at how good the wallet looks judging from the pictures on yesasia, after all it is a novelty item. I don't really carry leaopard print stuff though. I'm thinking about getting a gym towel in grey, but not sure if it'll get thorugh customs which is a pain.
