GET RID of her actual unprofessional team. Hire some people who have the guts to say NO. She has to make a brand new start. More promotion of course. Focus on music, on quality.
She has to challenge herself and stop the 2003-2012 formula. She actually tried (jazz elements on PQ and some other things). But the rest is mediocre at best.
If she doesn't go through some changes quickly, I don't see her going anywhere. And it's really unfortunate because I think she really has some talent. But having a great album every 6 years is not enough.
