I am all for these people being taken a lot more seriously for their harassment...
but you didn't really define any steps on how to handle them, or what should be done...
are there many cases where they aren't taken seriously? Isn't it up to the idols to decide if they press charges or not?
idk, sorry. I suppose I don't know enough about this issue, or Korean law to say much.
I think it would make your petition stronger if you talked about some of these things~~
