Yes, but then, no one really refers to relationships or themselves as "clean" in this manner.
It's not that it doesn't make sense. It's just that it's weird.
It's not even like it's the opposite of "you make me feel dirty".
To me, it's like, there is no one-word phrase for the idea she wanted to express in English...so she chose "clean"...and yes, it makes sense, because that word has many possible definitions, but it's still awkward.
