She still could have been promoting like all year.
That's what artists do here. That's how this industry works...it's not like Japan where you just front load everything.
If she REALLY cared about making it here...she would have had western people around her who knew that.
Instead, she's just another ~whoever~ dropping an album, and then going away.
She doesn't care...no one else cares.
