Who are your favourite divas? (2012)
Forgive me if I missed any of your favourite divas.

Select your favourite (non-Asian) divas. The ones you love and care about most, not the ones you only listen to every once in a while and could care less about if they stopped making music.

I chose these artists based on album sales, number of album releases, chart success, relevance, longevity, and overall impression - some more than others, depending on the artist. I would have liked to include non-English speaking divas as well but not this time.

Edit: Others I forgot to include: Alicia Keys, Norah Jones, Diana Ross, Gloria Estefan, Nicole Scherzinger, Dolly Parton, Cher, Cyndi Lauper
