CDJapan has listed the title of the second track on the "Fashion Monster" single: "100%のじぶんに" which google translate translates as "100% of Yourself" ("100% No Jibun Ni"). The song is featured in a CM:

A longer preview is available on CDJapan along with "Fashion Monster" (which we've already heard in full because of the video) and the extended mix of "Tsukema Tsukeru"!
