The Official YG Shop on ebay. They've set one up now making it much easier for international customers. The shipping's bit pricy sometimes but they send it all by Express, which is great. I've bought this, the BB Alive Tour tshirt along with a bunch of 2NE1 stuff from them since I started using their ebay shop.
Btw, if ur interested in buying a ring yourself just know these are the ring sizes (by US ring standards).

Mens Size 8 1/2
I'm a Size 6 so I've gotta take mine in to get it adjusted a bit.
