But many of Ayu's song titles aren't that creative. They generally use simple words and are often shared by other singers. Song titles in general in Japan are often generic, for instance, "hanabi" is something tons of acts have used as a title haha. Even the title M, one of her most famous and recognized songs, was previously used by the 80's group Princess Princess.
Side note, the first thing I thought of when I read Wake me up was Shimatani Hitomi's song Wake you up.
