I'm surprised they have gone up only 200 yen in 12 years (just ayumi mind you) the prices are different for each artist.

also you have to understand the mentally of the japanese public... they are very different on their 'things' then the rest of the world...
thats why anime dvd's still cost almost 100.00 a piece and only have 2 episodes.

if your talking about conversion... then now, the yen is worth more now, but now we are getting into economics. Is the yen worth more now or has the world's money crashed around it??
