I think it's just a coincidence just like the other times that we've also gotten news. (her ear issues... we knew something was going on and she had the examination at some point around that time she announced it, the marriage... which happened because she was in the process of releasing singles for a brand new album in 2010 after Rock'n'Roll Circus, the divorce which ended up *somehow* being a result of the earthquake in 2011... etc.) It could also be the media choosing to reveal it now after having 'confirmed' the rumor. If we get more 'breaking news stories' in the next 4 months of releases, then it may be VERY suspicious but for now I think people are just reading too much into when things happen.

It's not like again has a chance of getting #1 anyway. Isn't it up against two EXILE bests and two YUI bests?
