Mannie appeared in 3 pvs officially recorded before they were together.
ALL we really know about their relationship from Ayu is that they got married, that they divorced, that they took that expensive plane when going to honeymoon and that she thought about living with him in Los Angeles. There was some stupid flirting on Twitter, but unless you expected them to be married and not having sex or meeting each other families, nothing really revealing.
Maro appeared on several PVs, but he is her dancer, so, this is expected. He played her romantic interest on some performances and one PV, but again, most of her dancers played her romantic interest on performances over the years, and Shu-ya did it way more than Maro. All we know so far about their relationship is that there is a relationship.
I don't see how this is turning ones private life into a circus...
Also, her personal life is the main (if not only) theme of her music career for almost 15 years now.
