ARRANGE A FLIPPIN ALBUM? as loathe as i am to say it, this does explain why i found "love song" to be a pretty forgettable album, which isn't really something i say about alan's stuff often. i think i've listened to it once or twice but i can only remember a few tracks... none of them specific to the album.
oh my god, i take back everything i said about this being the person for her personally.
this sounds like an even bigger clusterscrew than i anticipated.
(omg is that so? it's a dilemma with me. i love love love alan having traditional/slower songs to sing because i think they fit her voice perfectly, but i can see why she'd be frustrated with it as an artist, since it isn't exactly exciting or new territory... i hope they let her compose more stuff)
