My little sister (aged 9) loves 'a song is born' and likes Ayu in general she's also a fan of Globe and that's not my fault. She asked what was the name of the group Keiko was from, I told her it was Globe (I'm not a fan myself) and I came home from school one day to find my computer with about 50+ different Globe mp3s. xD My brother can't stand Ayumi but another fan of Ayu I know is my great aunt and she's 84. I had her listen to Ayu and she loves her voice, her favourite song is Dearest.
