That's a shame...a lot of fans will feel really cheated if that's the case. Especially with the "buy all five releases and get a special gift" promotion they're running.

If they haven't got enough new material to release a full-length album without including LOVE and again, they should just release it as another mini and not screw over the fans, imo. In any case, I'll wait patiently for the tracklist and cross my fingers that Avex removing that statement doesn't mean anything.
