Unfortunately, IMO, it's because there's a lack of quality elsewhere, but that's just me. A lot of it tends to be same-y though. I find that Chinese and Korean albums are always pretty big on the 'design' front, but then when it comes to the actual albums, it's not really all that great compared to Japanese ones. 'Correctly' is defined by what's on the album.

I mean P.S II is correct so why not untitled for her... story 2?

That is kind of a badass way of titling a sequel though. It's as if HANABI～episode II～ would have been hanabi episode 2... that would just be stupid, lol.
