Ok, why are people pulling the "if they were labelled as singles you'd love it, stop whining"/"would you feel this way if they were singles" argument? It's simple: people wouldn't complain if they were singles because you expect them to be on another release. A mini-album you do not. When something is a single you make the conscious choice to purchase repeated material.
It's why I don't buy singles, I (thankfully) didn't buy LOVE or again, but I was planning to - because they're mini-albums! Glad I've been rather broke these past few months.
