So true ... If in your work you comit a big mistake I don't think you would be happy to be insulyed by your customers or Associates ! People believe because it's twitter that they are allowed to say and make anything... It's too easy & disrespectful O_o When I've seen the guy says "I hope you to die" I was shocked !
You can be angry but not disrespectful IMO
