Been bombarding myself with "I Got A Boy" repeatedly to the point where I actually am liking it now, which is what I was hoping would happen after I listened to the song a million times and dissected the newness out of it to the point where I know it like the nape of my neck. Glad too, because I really wanted to and needed to like this song.

Also after further deliberation, they didn't do such a terrible job at delegating lines. I still believe some should have had more than others to make up for loss and you know future times.

Here's how it goes:

You have your returning rappers from "The Boys". Yuri, Yoona, Hyo-yeon and Sooyoung.

Yuri and Sooyoung open it up with a rap and later both have a little part in the pre-chorus.

Then Yoona and Hyo-yeon have their rap battle in the middle then later they both have a little part in another pre-chorus.

Tae-yeon amd Sunny are the next pair. They have opening verses and then return after the chorus for 2 more verses and then again at the end they repeat their 2nd verses during the last Chorus. But Tae-yeon gets a little extra to do in one of the mid-breakdowns in that mad ugly orange wig. She's the only one who gets extra. Ugh.

Then Seo-hyun gets an opening verse as well and then returns for some odd defunct mid-section. Then lastly she gets a very small part at the end of Jessica's Bridge for some foolish reason when it all should have been Jessica's but anyways.

And Tiffany gets her crap ad-libs in but I refuse to let those count. So she also gets to join Seo-hyun in the odd mid-section with a verse before also joining Tae-yeon in another dirty orange wig for the breakdown that her voice will never be able to handle live. The vocal liiiiiies.

And then Jessica. Poor Jessica. She gets these random lines in the middle of everyone else's opening verses in the beginning and then her Grand Bridge at the end that isn't long enough. That's it.

Well Tiffany did grant her permission to get an English Ad-lib in, which is very gracious of her considering Jessica CAN SPEAK ENGLISH. So that was a big thing for Jessica and I won't take that away from her........since Tiffany probably will in their next song.

So while it could have been done better, quite a noteworthy effort in parsing out the Shine.
