It's first press for the Japan version, but... well, I'm not sure if it's ALL versions for the OS version, or if the OS versions are just still really easy to get. But I see the OS version sparkly much more often than I see the Japan version sparkly. But my NSMM and AO are late-press Japan versions and they're not sparkly.
