Actually, now that I look closely at the photo above, I think I can see the double eyelid string. One of the methods in Japan to create a double eyelid is this string thing, it kinda looks like fishing wire. It creates a really sharp line on the eyelid where it is placed. Pretty sure that's what I'm seeing on Kana's eyelid.
