I always find it awkward when people compare ayu and Kumi cause they see their career with different purposes. Her songs are mostly about her and her life experience. It's like Kuu was the pop singer, and ayu the alternative one. I think you can pair ayu much better with Utada and Kuu with Namie or Kana. Comparing ayu x Kuu is like a bit less ''stroner''than comparing Coldplay x The Wanted
