I've always thought that Over is very underrated as a ballad. I guess because the I am.../RAINBOW/MA eras have so many dramatic ballads it gets a bit overlooked.

There are a few. But even those underrated songs do sometimes get attention in the form of people saying they
are in fact overrated. I can still think of a few though...criminal, still alone, rollin' and GUILTY are some.
