There are book offs everywhere!
In Tokyo I went to the one in Shibuya the most, but I also went to the one in Ikebukuro. But they are literally everywhere, it would be impossible not to find one! lol And you can google where they are around Tokyo, or even ask people while you're there.
Although when you buy something make sure to check inside to see if the right CD is there because I just checked and the ayu-trance 3 that I got has the CD for RAINBOW
I made the mistake of not checking because I was in a hurry and I kinda trust them because they have such good costumer service... but yeah! lol
