London or Paris would be the best bet for Europe. London, because of all the fan meetings, Timmy, she seems to be there a lot anyway, and because it's pretty easy to get to. Or Paris, again, pretty easy to get to and she's been a few times and met fans there.

The tour in Japan ends in July... so if she came to Europe it would be August or after. That means after exams, that means I could (and would) go anywhere in Europe to see her. Damn, seeing Ayu live would be the perfect graduation present, especially as I met her the winter of my last year at school. :')
