I believe it will be a tally system: they will see which places has the most requests and book those cities. but also, keep in mind it may not be a whole lot of shows outside of Asia because she would have to take her stage set, lighting, structuring, costumes, props, equipment, dancers, band, back up singers, etc. and that's alot of work to haul all that along world wide. so because of that reason, it may only be a handful of shows.
with that said, I hope and pray she comes here to America. if so, I hope it's either Las Vegas (can you imagine if she performs in Vegas during the tour, she could do STEP you in the Vegasy bunny outfit from AT10. now that would be cool!) or/and L.A.
I have a good feeling she's coming to America because she's stated before that she wants to tour here.
