how long before a concert are you arriving?
When I went to Osaka-Jo Hall last summer, I just bought the ticket from a loppy machine at Lawson about three weeks before the concert date.
Alternatively, you have reseller shops, but I didn't see any Osaka dates in Tokyo when I looked. Maybe they had them somewhere in Osaka.
