Ayu has only been added recently, and I know because I've looked her up a few times in the last year and a half while purchasing tickets to other acts. maybe some other artists have been listed on there a while, but not her. the reason why you haven't received any alerts is because you're signed up according to your zip code, not the specific artists tour dates (it's a Ticketmaster default setting). and also because they haven't performed yet. but some artists are added onto Ticketmaster because they probably expressed interest in going international at some point, so they probably approve specific ticket outlets. so it is probably a big sign that the tour is going international.
I personally just hope Ticketmaster or something will be the outlet for the North American dates. so there's no headaches trying to get tickets.
