This is what I think about the CTC:
Pink Spider: One of the best songs of the year imo, strong beat and a lot of auto-tune helped to bring a really cool feeling. 10/10
Shake Hip: Another cool song, the erokakkoi I wanted so badly. I don’t give 10 cause the ending is kinda too long, like BE MY BABY, but still a good song. 9/10
Lovely: So damn cute, from head to toe. Since the first time I can’t stop singing LOVELY LOVELY WAY CAN’T YOU SEE THE WAY IT’S A… 10/10
Jounetsu: Jazz and Blue style, the good part is that Kumi have a lot of soul in her voice, cause it sounds great. 8/10
One more time, One more chance: Refreshing ballad, sounds like a b-side but in a cool way. 7/10
Alone: Gorgeous gorgeous and gorgeous, should have a PV too on Koishikute single. 9/10
Blue Velvet: I don’t know why, but it didn’t stand out for me. Not bad but not great at the same time. 6/10
“Otoko”: Was this an anime song? It really sounds like. Can’t wait to see this live with the crowd singing along the chorus. 8/10
Dou ni mo Tomaranai: WHY SO SHORT?
So freaking good, the beginning is a lot kpopish and I love it, and I bet that Minzy is going crazy with this song. Probably will be on a medley during the tour. 9/10
Koyoi no Tsuki no You ni: What a nice midtempo! ENCORE song for sure, calm and heartwarming. Such a lovely way to end an album. 9/10
Uta wa Waga Inochi: Was that the version of the Misora Hibari Memorial Concert? The crowd sounds so more loud on the video. Anyway, this is song is so beautiful that doesn ‘t matters. Five stars for this one. 10/10.
Overall, I cant see this album as a cover album, it’s more “Koda Kumi” than some of her albuns…
