Yeah, just depends. My mom didn't get stretch marks with me, but with my brother she did.
There's a lot of reasons we won't see them in pictures, if she has them. Maybe they're so faint or the similar to her skin tone that they're easily washed out with the lighting. Maybe they just photoshopped over them. Maybe she gained weight somewhere else that we don't see.
