Making some changes doesn't really means she isn't reusining past performances as an inspiration there, even more when she is reusing choreographies, concepts and overall aesthetics. She never reused past touring stuff to the same level as she did during this tour, when she was "coincidentally" promoting A Best 2 and taking her show overseas for the first time. It's +- what Madonna did with Re-Invention tour, for example.
Unless you guys are talking about a step-by-step recriation with the same outfits, choreography, arrangment, hair and make up, if this is the case, My name's WOMEN during at05 and at08 aren't exactly and lazily the same performance either.
