^I agree with you, as much as I love the trilogy, it would be a good idea not to overkill it. The one in PoM was simply amazing. Maybe we'll need to wait another 1-2 years for it to be considered to be performed.

It's Japan and like someone said in other thread, the vote would likely turned out like the vote for Kuu's Premium Night which was a ballad fest.
About Party Queen songs I guess maybe since they were performed in 2012 the public would want other songs to be performed. Also from (m)u and its following albums perspective, their performance was probably memorable so it may be OK for the songs there not being performed, except HEAVEN which never had the chance to shine in main set list and other songs that Japanese loves (e.g meaning of Love, BLUE BIRD, MY ALL, Days, etc). And seeing from the amount of songs per album, I think Japanese fans really want a nostalgia mixed with generic and underperformed songs.
