So far , HMV Japan is the only 1 that's still selling the CD + DVD limited edition of Amber & actually it was out of print via HMV Japan a while ago .
But since then , HMV Japan has replenished stock on it but wouldn't surprise me if this were to follow suit like what happened to Amber via CDJapan & YesAsia
