Musicard.jp has this at the bottom of their website:
"スマートフォン：　iOS5.X以上／Android2.3以上
PC：　WindowsXP／WindowsVista／Windows7／Macintosh OS10.4以上"
So I think it'll work on Mac (so long as you have OS 10.4 or above), someone will have to confirm if they know more definitely.
