So as we thought, Taku did the arrangement with Mitsunori Ikeda (previously worked on the Panty&Stocking OST)... but woah, VERBAL wrote the rap? I'd have thought Ayu would have collaborated. And obviously, DJ Hello Kitty did the arrange for Feel the love which explains the sound.
It's interesting to note that other than Komuro, Ayu hasn't worked with anyone in this lineup.
