Question 1 is for your member no, and question 2 is your "pen-name".
Question 3 and 4 have a bit of kanji which I'm not good at reading. My best guess is that Q3 is asking about your lifestyle and you have 500 characters/letters to reply. Q4 is something along the lines of 15 years of music but I can't really read the whole thing
Does anyone know if TA emails you when your membership is up? Mine is due March 31 and my Perfume PTA membership emailed me today to renew (which I did via CreditCard). Will TA just have the link there? I'm just worried I'll lose my spot and have to reapply ;__;
