Yeah Namie isn't part of the conversation but the host cuts off GACKT and asks something to her that is too quick and unclear for me to make out.
I believe its also GACKT asking Yuu-chan how her grandma is doing because when he talks about their connection through their elders he says haha which is in reference to his own mother. They know each other through GACKT's mom and Yuu-chan's grandma
