Bon Voyage, so far, is a step up from JAPONESQUE imo. The singles were okay, and she always had that one rockish song that everybody thinks it's not good (Hashire/PLC/LALALALALA) so I'm not counting this as a bad thing. And she always left some good songs as b-sides.
The problem with JAPONESQUE is that the album has many fillers (Everyday/Brave/You're not alone/All for you) and is really predictable, it's like a better Kingdom. It still a good album tho.
The only thing I can describe Bon Voyage is that the album is really fresh for her career, trying things that were not expected (TOUCH DOWN) and being more "mature" with less ballads and cute songs. And you always can replace the songs you hate for those songs you like, so you can go and delete LALALALA and put something else instead.
