^Its not Fedex that does. It's the Customs People themselves. I've gotten things imported using Fedex and not had customs fees. However I think it depends on the weight and value too. I think Customs just monitors the couriers more than Canada Post.

Anyways, I've stopped buying CDs altogether now. From now on, it's just the concert blurays I'm getting and maybe the occasional jpop or anime collectible. I know I've bought a large amount of Sailor Moon stuff lately, but about all that's left for me to get in that department is a wall clock for my bedroom and a Sailor Saturn sticker for my cellphone. I'm trying to spend less and ONLY buy stuff I NEED and/or will DEFINITELY USE for a good long time.
