Google says that it is an Italian boy's name meaning "joking, laughing, talkative." and there was a Spanish martyr St. Lelio.
It's also a classical piece of music - Lélio, ou le Retour à la Vie (English: Lélio, or the Return to Life) by French composer Hector Berlioz.
Nothing obvious so far at all but it might become clearer with a song translation and PV.
